Holds a BA in Sociology, an MA in Communication, Culture and Information Technologies, and is scheduled to finish a PhD in Political Sociology in early 2011. Research interests include Communication (Mass Media, New Media) and Collective Action (Social Movements, NGOs).

 

Research Networks and Activity: The research networks I've been involved in did not address surveillance issues per se, but new media and social institutions: COST A14, COST A20, World Internet Project, as well as national projects covering ICT usage.
