Bence Sagvari graduated at the Eötvös Loránd University of Sciences Institute of Sociology in 2001. He is currently a PhD candidate in Sociology at the same university. He is the managing director of ITHAKA Research and Consulting Ltd.  and also a research fellow at the Institute of Sociology of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. He is a Member of the World Internet Project (WIP). The WIP is a major, international, collaborative project looking at the social, political and economic impact of the Internet and other new technologies.

 

His fields of interest are: sociology of economy and organizations; social implications of info-communication technologies, youth.
